

Now Accepting 2011 Yearbook Parent Messages for Graduates
Show your pride and love through a congratulations message in your new graduate's yearbook. The University's Design & Photo Department works directly with the student yearbook editors and will design the message for you using whatever text and photos you choose to send, from words of praise to inside jokes, childhood portraits to informal snapshots. You can submit your message to us digitally via e-mail (preferred), or in the case of hardcopy photograph or CD, via the postal service.
- Text should be submitted in a Word document;
- Hardcopy photographs cannot be larger than 4"x6";
- Digital photos should be provided as high-resolution jpeg or tiff files;
- 300 dots per inch, or for a 4" x 6" photo, 1200 by 1800 pixels;
- To check your digital photo's dimensions, open it in your web browser (File > Open), then right-click on the image and choose "Properties" from the pop-up menu;
- Make sure to provide all necessary contact information;
- Identify the student by his or her full name;
- A full-page ad costs $350, a half-page ad costs $200, a quarter-page ad costs $150, and an eighth-page ad costs $100;
- Please send a check payable to the Associated Student Body.
