The Cavanaugh Distinguished Service Award recognizes an outstanding staff member who has contributed to the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry's vision, mission and values. The winner of this award receives:
The nomination period is October 12, 2009 through November 13, 2009. All staff, faculty, and students are encouraged to submit nominations. Nomination forms must be accompanied by at least two, but no more than three, letters of support from members of the University community.
Nominations will be reviewed and a winner chosen by a selection committee made up of faculty and staff. Please contact Human Resources at x56468 for additional information.
