The Dugoni School's Design and Photo department was a winner twice over in the annual Showcase of Print Excellence Awards.

University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry received two awards for outstanding achievement in the annual report design and invitation design categories at the 2009 Showcase of Print Excellence Awards.
The showcase is hosted each year by the Printing Industries of Northern California (PINC).
Competing against nearly 450 entries from printing and graphics arts firms, the dental school's Design & Photo department won two bronze awards. The winning submissions were the Report To Investors FY08 and the invitation to the school's Legacy Ball event.

"We are proud of our winning team," said art director Joan Yokom. "It's an honor to be recognized by the industry as an organization that produces top-quality, award-winning materials."
Dan Nelson, PINC president, agrees. "This was a great competition with a very impressive standard of entries. Pacific should be very proud of this achievement and the excellent work done by their design team."
The Showcase of Print Excellence recognizes those responsible for the creation and production of print communications in Northern California and Northern Nevada. The competition promotes excellence in print communications and rewards organizations and individuals who produce the best in print media.
