Hospital Dentistry Personalized Learning Experience Program (PLEP)

Hospital Dentistry Personalized Learning Experience Program
A learning experience for dentists interested in gaining hands-on hospital dentistry experience in a personalized setting

Are you a dentist interested in gaining behind-the-scenes knowledge of what hospital dentistry is like? If you've already taken the two-day didactic Hospital Dentistry program and want to learn more about admitting patients and processes related to treating patients under general anesthesia, consider taking part in the Hospital Dentistry Personalized Learning Experience Program (PLEP)!

Accepting one participant per session, PLEP is taught by Dr. Paul Subar or Dr. Allen Wong, experienced dentists and faculty members at University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. The program consists of 1:1 customized in-person sessions on Fridays at a hospital in San Francisco.

The number and timing of the sessions are flexible, and can be customized based on your schedule. Once you are registered we will work with you to determine the best Friday (s) that fits your schedule.

You can register for up to four in-person sessions lasting approximately six to eight hours each. Each session takes place on Friday at a hospital in San Francisco.

Cost per session: $350 (must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the course.)
CE units: Upon completion of this course, you will be granted a total of seven continuing education units for each session you take, with the ability to earn up to 28 continuing education credits in total.
Prerequsites: Completion of the two-day didactic Hospital Dentistry Program.
