Contact Point, the dental school's award-winning alumni magazine, is published twice a year. A 12-time winner of the International College of Dentists journalism competition and a recipient of the Geis Award for editorial content, Contact Point is distributed to more than 7,000 alumni, donors, faculty, staff and students.
Contact Point is a platform to discuss issues in dental education, recognize our outstanding alumni and provide updates for our constituents about dental school happenings. Multiple times each year the dental school publishes a community e-newsletter, Oral Health Matters, to keep patients, nonprofit partners, and the general public updated on school happenings as well as dental health tips and resources. Sign up for the newsletter here.
The dental school yearbook is produced every year by the Department of Design and Photo Services and a volunteer student committee. The cost of publishing the book is paid for by student activity fees.
Each month, the dental school publishes an email newsflash to provide alumni with the latest news and updates about the dental school and the alumni community. Members can learn about events, news about their fellow alumni and upcoming activities from the Alumni Association.
The dental school publishes a monthly internal e-newsletter to provide the Dugoni School community with the latest news and updates. Distributed to current faculty, staff, students and administration, the newsletter also provides information about upcoming events held at the school.
Several times a year, the dental school publishes an Admissions newsletter to keep prospective students updated about school happenings. In addition to the latest Admissions news and announcements, the newsletter provides tips for interested applicants and other helpful resources for prospective students.
