The Kids in the Klinic Golf Tournament is held annually at the Olympic Club to benefit the Kids in the Klinic endowment. Participants can enjoy an 18-hole round of golf on the Ocean Course or the exclusive Lake Course, which has been ranked as one of the top courses in the United States. The Lake Course will serve as the site of the 2012 US Open tournament, having previously hosted the 1955, 1966, 1987 and 1998 US Opens.
Golfers will enjoy good food along with their game. Lunch is served all day at the 9th hole and driving range, and the event concludes with a cocktail reception followed by a dinner and live auction.
The mission of the Kids in the Klinic endowment is to raise funds for dental services for socioeconomically disadvantaged children in the Bay Area, including those with special needs and/or extensive medical problems.
